Step 1
: Enrolment Form
Fill in the Online Enrolment Form may
be the easiest way to start you Enrolment. Or you could mail the following
documents to us at:
938 Howe Street, Suite 606. Vancouver BC, Canada V6Z 1N9:
• 1) A completed Enrolment Form
• 2) Transcript of your previous education
• 3) TOEFL, IELTS or SHMS English placement test results
• (Check with us and see if you are exempt from the English Test
or arrange a placement test at our office)
• 4) Work references if available
• 5) 3 passport size photos
• 6) Copy of valid passport
Step 2 : Provisional Acceptance
If your application is successful and the requested course is still
available, we will send the Provisional Acceptance within 1 week.
The deposit should then be paid within 4 weeks:
• CHF 3.250.- if cancellation insurance is required
• CHF 3.000.- if cancellation insurance is not required
If you receive the provisional acceptance 6 weeks or less before the
commencement date, full fees should be transferred immediately.
If the deposit is not paid on time, the course place will no longer
be guaranteed.
Step 3 : Confirmation
The confirmation will be sent as soon as we have received the deposit
payment. This document is needed to apply for the visa.
Important: The balance of your school fees must reach the School's accounts
no later than 6 weeks before arrival. SHMS is usually fully booked and
does not guarantee the course place any longer if the payments are not
received on time.
Single, deluxe, superior deluxe rooms are confirmed only once full
fees have been received.
Step 4 : Visa Application
Our North America Admission Office has many experiences in the Swiss
Visa Application, the time required and procedure may slightly different
according to individual situation. Submit your application sooner is
our general advice, contact us and we will guide you through the procedure.
